Avenir Fellows
The Avenir Fellows Program is for graduate students and recent graduates who want hands-on experience in global health strategy. Fellows work on live client engagements and internal initiatives, with real ownership from the first week.
Tracks
Global Health Strategy
Fellows work alongside our team on client engagements and internal initiatives. No two projects look alike, so Fellows move between topics and types of work and often lead a project from start to finish. It suits a current graduate student or recent graduate who wants substantive exposure to strategy consulting in global health and life sciences.
AI for Global Health
We believe AI should work harder for underserved populations. This Fellow works where applied AI meets global health advisory, helping bring AI-enabled workflows into how the firm works and supporting the team as it adopts them.

Eligibility
To be considered for the Avenir Fellows program, applicants must meet the following criteria:
Currently enrolled in a graduate program (MPH, MBA, MS, or equivalent) or graduated within the past year
Experience in global health, pharmaceutical or medtech industry, consulting, or adjacent fields
Highly motivated self-starter with a learning orientation and a collaborative mindset
Based in or able to work in-person in Boston, MA
Authorized to work in the United States
